Mandarin Wedding Part II - the people!
Apologies for the delay in posting Part II of this wonderful wedding, but hopefully it's worth the wait. Not just because the beautiful bride from Part I has given me the green light to show off Aneta Mak's gorgeous people-shots, but because there are a couple of surprise celeb shots - firstly me and my gorgeous hubby (less exciting) and secondly JON BON JOVI. Yes, I kid you not!!!!! Could there be a cooler person to rock up for a wedding pic? Scroll down for Jon in the flesh (mmm) and a little bit of colour on how he stopped by ...
Below right ... a cheeky shot of me and my wonderful hubby Chris (mainly because I needed a portrait photo to pair with this gorgeous one of the bride & groom!)
... and now, for the main event ... JON BON JOVI!!!! It was a very sweet story. A friend of ours and fellow wedding guest spotted Jon in the lobby of the Mandarin and shamelessly accosted him in an attempt to persuade him to come out to the terrace for a photo opportunity with the bride and groom. Jon was a little bashful at facing the wedding crowd but happily agreed to loiter in the lobby while our friend tracked down the B&G and Aneta, the photographer. Not only that, but when the photo was taken he turned to the groom and said 'Getting married, dude ... best thing I ever did.' BLESS HIM!!! What a class act.
